Kobe-Osaka International Port Corporation

Kobe-Osaka International Port Corporation was established in October 2014 with investments from the Japan government, Osaka City, Kobe City, and private financial institutions to enhance the international competitiveness of Osaka Port and Kobe Port, mainly overseeing to integrate the administration of the container and ferry terminals. The company have been advancing the standardization of container terminals and the enhancement of feeder networks with not only Western Japan but also other ports in East Asia. In addition, the company will contribute to international logistics as a base port for international routes, including carbon neutrality. In the midst of the changing international logistics, we will continue to work on cargo collection and cargo creation measures towards improvement of efficiency of port operations, improvement of port services, and development of port projects while responding to the needs of its customers with relationships between the national government and port authorities, and hope that you will continue to use the Ports of Osaka and Kobe with peace of mind.
